Orders and payment
TOYcc currently accepts orders for delivery to the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. Customers can pay with PayPal or use secure card checkout through Stripe. TOYcc does not store full payment-card details.
Shipping
The launch price includes tracked standard shipping to eligible United States addresses. Estimated carrier delivery is 4-7 business days after dispatch. Carrier delays, remote-area service and customs events can extend delivery.
Order changes and cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if an address or order detail is incorrect. An order can be changed or cancelled only before it is submitted for fulfilment.
Problems, returns and refunds
Contact TOYcc within 14 days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, materially different from the listing or incomplete. Include the order number and clear photos of the item and package. Approved cases are resolved with a replacement, partial refund or refund as appropriate. Do not return an item until return instructions are provided. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer where permitted by law.
