TOYcc currently accepts online orders for eligible United States addresses. The displayed launch price includes tracked standard shipping.
Processing and Delivery
Stock and address details are checked before fulfilment. The current carrier estimate is 4-7 business days after dispatch. Carrier delays, remote-area service and customs events can extend delivery. Tracking is emailed when available.
Order Changes
Use the Contact page immediately if an address or order detail is incorrect. Changes and cancellation are available only before the order is submitted for fulfilment.
Problems, Returns and Refunds
Contact TOYcc within 14 days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, materially different from the listing or incomplete. Include the order number and clear photos of the item and package. Approved cases are resolved with a replacement, partial refund or refund as appropriate. Do not return an item until return instructions are provided. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer where permitted by law.
