We ship to most countries worldwide! International shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account page.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Include your order number and reason for return
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective)

How to Start a Return

2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions
3. Ship the item back to us
4. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed.
