How We Use Information
TOYcc uses information to process and support orders, arrange delivery, send transactional messages, prevent fraud, secure the website, maintain records and meet legal obligations.
Payment and Fulfilment Providers
PayPal and Stripe process online payments and receive the information needed to authorize and record each transaction. TOYcc does not store full payment-card details. Product, contact and delivery information may be shared with the selected fulfilment and shipping providers only as needed to dispatch and deliver the order.
International Processing
Order fulfilment and website service providers may process information in countries different from the customer’s country. TOYcc limits this processing to operating, securing and fulfilling the service.
Retention and Requests
Information is retained for the operational, security, dispute, tax and legal period that applies to the record. Use the Contact page to request access, correction or deletion and identify the email address used for the order or inquiry.
Children
The website is intended for adult shoppers. Do not submit a child’s personal information.
