What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact us ASAP at [email protected].
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in $25, $50, $100, and $200 amounts. They are delivered by email and never expire.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within the US. Express (2–3 days) and overnight options are also available. International shipping takes 7–14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship it back.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
