30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be attached and intact
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear, thongs, and panties
- Bodysuits that have been tried on without underwear
- Any items where the hygiene seal has been removed or broken
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible.
- Ship the return to the address provided by our team.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help with exchanges for eligible items. Simply contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
